What data do we collect?
We only collect what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name and phone number if given, the subject you select and the content of your message. We also keep your IP address and the time of submission as a technical record of the form submission.
Why do we process the data?
We use the data we collect only to answer your enquiry and to discuss your project with you. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties.
How long do we keep the data?
We keep form submissions for a maximum of 24 months, whether or not the discussion leads anywhere. At the end of that period the records are deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we act on your request within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We only store a technical preference in your browser to remember the language you chose; this data is not sent to the server and is not personal data.
Where the data is stored
Form submissions are stored on our hosting provider's servers and in our mailbox. They are not shared with any third party other than our service providers.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to the processing and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, simply write to the address below; we will deal with your request within 30 days at the latest.
