    Discovery & Analysis

    We review your current Exact configuration, product records, warehouse setup and pricing logic, then map out the data model on the Shopify side.

  2. 02

    Mapping Document

    Together we define how SKUs, warehouses, tax codes, payment methods and customer accounts map across. This document becomes the contract for the project.

  3. 03

    Test Environment Setup

    We build the integration against an Exact test environment and a Shopify development store, so every scenario is proven before real data is touched.

  4. 04

    Validation

    We test order, invoice, stock and return scenarios together, verifying every line against a reconciliation report.

  5. 05

    Go-Live

    We move to production on a planned cutover and keep everything under close watch through the first week.

    Monitoring & Maintenance

    Sync health is monitored continuously, errors are retried automatically, and you receive a monthly report.
